Have your party or celebration at Hazelwood

An ideal place to gather close friends and family for special occasions.

Hiring Space:

The Drawing Room:  (27' x 16') in the main house, a gracious wooden floored room with two French windows onto the veranda -  Can accommodate approximately 50-60 people.
Available to hire for private dining, meetings and seminars.

The Main Hall:  (20' x 15') in the main house, a carpeted room with large fireplace and hearth. With a baby grand Steinway piano this room has a gentle atmosphere suitable for a quieter
and less formal gathering and can accommodate approximately 35 people.

The Gallery. (32' x 20') a former chapel and recently renovated to provide a simple, beautiful studio space.  Can accommodate approximately 100 people.  The space includes hire of the joining Billiard room (this has stairs to a room below which is not included in the overall hire and is private).  The nearest toilet to the Chapel is a two minute walk around the corner to the stable yard.

We will run a paying bar for guests (a member of our staff will be present throughout the event). There is a late night bar staffing charge of £88 (incl. vat) per hour after 11pm. Please let us know whether you have any specific requirements.

Any damage or breakages caused to the building or its contents will have to be paid for by you. Noise consideration for other guests staying in the House must be taken into account.

A personalized menu can be discussed beforehand for guests or we can arrange a Buffet.

An immediate non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall fee is required to secure the booking. The balance is due two weeks before the day of the event. All cheques made payable to ‘Hazelwood'.
